What You’ll Do: - Lead store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. - Represent Mattress Firm SD by building relationships in our community. - Manage store merchandising, inventory, and vendor partnerships. - Develop a deep understanding of the sleep industry and products to help guests transform their lives. Who We’re Looking For: - Motivated individuals eager to grow and contribute locally. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Availability to work evenings and weekends. - Bilingual is a plus but not required. - Experience preferred but not required, we provide extensive training!
