making a meaningful impact Key Responsibilities Provide
survivor-centered case management Serve as a primary point of
contact for assigned clients and provide responsive support Conduct
screenings, assessments, and intakes with a focus on safety,
confidentiality, and survivor autonomy Develop individualized case
management goals and plans with youth and adult clients Maintain
accurate case notes and documentation within the client database
Connect survivors to critical resources Coordinate referrals and
services through community partners Provide transportation when
appropriate using a personal or agency vehicle Work alongside the
Call to Freedom care team to provide holistic services including
housing, emergency support, mentorship, and recovery resources
Build partnerships that expand survivor support Collaborate with
shelters, halfway houses, schools, correctional facilities, and
rural response teams Serve as a liaison between Call to Freedom and
partner organizations referring cases Coordinate services for newly
identified victims both locally and nationally Strengthen community
response to trafficking Provide education and training to service
providers and community partners Participate in collaborative care
meetings and community response teams Assist in implementing
prevention education in the community Support coordinated care Work
closely with the Director of Marissa’s House & Outreach Services to
manage intake referrals Assist with case navigation and service
coordination for clients across the country Travel as needed to
meet with partners and response teams Qualifications Bachelor’s
degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferred
Experience in case management with victims of violence,
trafficking, trauma, or substance abuse Training or familiarity
with trauma-informed care Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal
communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage
multiple cases and priorities Self-directed, flexible, and able to
collaborate effectively within a team environment Additional
Requirements Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain motor
vehicle insurance Willingness to travel occasionally, including
possible overnight trips Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling,
including occasional evenings or weekends Ability to sit at a
computer for extended periods Ability to occasionally lift up to 30
