Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Speech
Language Pathologists are needed for a full-time, school-based
opportunity in Aurora, IL. This position offers an annual school
year contract with a flexible schedule built around typical school
hours. Candidates will primarily serve elementary grade students
across 1-2 sites, with a caseload of up to 35-40 students. Key
Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to
elementary students. Manage a caseload of approximately 35-40
students. Collaborate with educational teams to support student
success. Participate in scheduled orientation and ongoing
professional development. Maintain documentation and compliance
with school policies. Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
Eligibility for or current status as a Speech Language Pathologist
in schools (SLP-School). Entry-level candidates (CFY/new graduates)
welcomed; supervision provided. Ability to work independently
within scheduled school hours. Position Details: Full-time, 37.5
hours per week, W-2 employee status. Annual school year contract.
Immediate start within 1-2 weeks of job offer. Flexible scheduling
available around school day hours. Orientation provided prior to
