a healthcare professional. Provide direct nursing care to patients
in accordance with established guidelines and standards of
practice. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by
physicians and monitor patient responses. Collaborate with
healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure
confidentiality at all times. Educate patients and their families
on illness prevention and healthy lifestyle habits. Participate in
ongoing educational opportunities to stay current on healthcare
trends and best practices. Strong clinical skills in patient
assessment and care Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part
of a team Knowledge of healthcare software and systems Capacity to
handle stress and make decisions under pressure Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must have
passed the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN).
Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
