Practice Details Neurologist to provide medical care to adult
patients of Sioux Falls, SD and the surrounding area. M.D., or
equivalent foreign medical degree, as well as completion of a
residency program in Neurology and a fellowship program in Clinical
Neurophysiology. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in
