Job Description:

communities. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (Long Term
Care) to join our compassionate team. This role is pivotal in
delivering personalized, patient-centered care within our long-term
care facility. The ideal candidate will embody our mission of
improving health outcomes and possess a deep commitment to
enhancing the quality of life of every patient. Provide
comprehensive nursing care in a long-term care setting Assess
patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing
nursing care plans Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
Administer medications and treatments to patients Monitor, record
and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions Consult and
coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement,
or evaluate patient care plans Modify patient treatment plans as
indicated by patients' responses and conditions Direct or supervise
less-skilled nursing or healthcare personnel or supervise a
particular unit Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting
Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
independently as well as part of a team Detail-oriented and capable
of managing time effectively Empathy and resilience Leadership and
organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license CPR certified
Preferably certified in Gerontological Nursing by the American
Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
