Join the dedicated team at Good Samaritan Health Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our SF Center on a PRN (as-needed) basis during night shifts. We strive to deliver comprehensive healthcare services with a focus on holistic health and wellness, especially targeting underserved communities. As an LPN in our center, you will play a crucial role in providing top-quality patient care and supporting our mission to improve health outcomes within the community. Provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse within the scope of practice. Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed. Monitor patient health and document nursing care. Support patient and family with education on treatments, condition management, and preventive measures. Assist in the implementation of patient care plans. Proficient in administering medications and providing treatments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong observational and organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN license in the state of practice CPR certification
