Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to join our Long Term Care (LTC) team, serving in a role critical to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare to underserved communities. In this position, you will be integral to our holistic approach, ensuring comprehensive care and wellness outcomes for our long-term residents. This role requires a compassionate individual with a deep understanding of patient care, who is excited to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident's care plan. Monitor patient health and document nursing care activities. Administer medications and treatments per physician's orders. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate integrated care. Communicate with patients and their families regarding care and condition. Maintain patient privacy and confidential patient information. Engage in continuous education to improve patient outcomes and personal skills. Strong nursing and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform a variety of technical nursing skills. Knowledge of medication administration and wound care. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid LPN or RN license in the state of practice. CPR certified. BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
